16K people are offering the SAME service. I am not sure how many buyers hire people for Figma to HTML conversion, but the market is clearly overly saturated. And I assume some people sell more than others, and they surpassed those with just a few sales. You're in an extremely saturated market with this service. Try to provide something unique.. or at least something where you have way less competition.

In the gig description when talking about the basic package it says "Delivery in 3 days with 1 revision."
and when talking about the standard package it says "Includes 1 round of revisions and delivery in 5 days".
and when talking about the premium package it says "and 3 revisions"

Then under "Why Choose Me?" it says "...and unlimited revisions to bring your vision to life", but none of the packages have unlimited revisions specified.

Also the number of revisions for each package that you specify in the gig description aren't the same as what is specified in the packages, which have the revisions set to 2, 3 and 5 (for basic, standard and premium packages respectively).

Are your gigs getting impressions? If not, try enhancing your title and thumbnails.

If you’re receiving clicks but no messages, consider refining your gig description.

And if buyers are reaching out but not converting to sales, focus on improving your communication style and approach with potential clients.

These are not mistakes. They were added on purpose to try to attract more customers.
That goes well until a customer asks for a website in German or French. If the texts used in the website are not good, then a bad review follows and we all know how much damage a bad review can do to an account.
