HOW DO YOU DEFINE SUCCESS RATE?

Fiver has a field called SUCCESS RATE. I have a 5 star review, I answer messages quickly, I finish orders in timely manner, yet my success rate is only 4! 5 or more is better. Its a very vague term, "success rate" when all my other fields are good, how come my success rate is not rising?

The success score reflects the performance of a Seller based on multiple factors. Keep in mind that success score can take time to improve. Be patient, continue delivering quality work and over time your score should improve.
