How Fix this error?

I'm trying to deliver a order but it's showing "Some of the files may contain invalid characters", why it's showing and how to fix it?

This has nothing to do with file type. 

Check the file name and see if it has any single or double quotes. They usually cause this issue. I had encountered the same issue, a few weeks back.
