Do we need to do additional verification after filling W9 form?

Hi,
Do we need to do additional verification after filling W9 form? After 3 months of starting the fiverr, I got today notification:

Please take a moment to verify your ID within 14 days to continue offering and buying services on Fiverr.

I did filled the w9 form when I created the seller account.

If I remember W9 form is for USA sellers only, its tax form for govt i guess ?

 

You need to verify identity for Fiverr.

Its simple. Just submit id card and take selfie... finished!
