Hello guys.

It's very late I am posting this, It's been 3 months since my account was banned due to unwanted reasons and this is the day Fiverr just sent an email to withdraw my funds.

I want to share the whole story.

I was a Seller Plus member and had 500+ reviews on my account, A client came to me and asked for a packaging design and we agreed on the work after I had a doubt to ask and I asked the client, the client immediately sent a contact number and said to talk on call for project explanation but I disagree and I mention Fiverr doesn't allow to do that, but mistakenly I said to send a recorded voice note for explanation. That was the worst moment, after one day I got an email that for account was permanently disabled due to the community and terms violation. That day I had no access to my account to prove myself that I was innocent. I waited for 3 months to access the chat and prove I did not share any contact or nothing send anything miscellaneous in the voice recording except an explanation of project details by the client.

I sent all the chat images and the recorded voice note which was sent by the client, but without reviewing the attachment fiverr again sent the same message. So I think this is not fair for the freelancers who did not do anything.

i am attaching all the files so you can see what the conversation was and also I am attaching the voice note.

I agree that I said to send a voice note but there is not anything other than a project explanation and it may violate Fiverr's  T&C but that not means I will be disabled permanently.

Hello too. Sorry to hear about your bad experience.

Sorry to say, but you had a chance: You could have sent an email to Fiverr Support immediately (support@fiverr.com). Did you send an email to them so that you can fight for your chance? Now, you have completely lost it.

And why did you wait for 3 months? Just to get an access to your disabled account? It was for only Funds Withdrawal purpose.. not chat purpose.

I agree with you, I contacted several time to Fiverr support but always same reply from the automated system so how could I prove that?

And yes for sure I waited 3 months because of my payments, everyone does. But the point is you are not guilty of things which you did not.
That was the point, It meant relying on Fiverr is totally waste...
