I am reaching out regarding a restriction placed on my Fiverr account under the grounds of “false identity,” which I believe to be a system error. I have always complied with Fiverr’s rules and guidelines and have consistently provided accurate information regarding my identity.

Currently, I am working with an amazing client on an ongoing project. She has been incredibly satisfied with my work and is on the verge of placing a new order with me. However, due to the restriction on my account, I am unable to send her a custom offer, which could impact both my client relationship and Fiverr’s reputation for seamless service.

I kindly request that your team double-check the circumstances of this restriction. If there is any further verification needed, I am more than willing to reverify my identity to ensure compliance with Fiverr’s standards. Please help restore my account at the earliest convenience so I can continue providing quality service to my clients.
