Question

Hello all!

Super happy I can post a question here, since I'm relatively new to Fiverr 🙂

I started around a month ago, and I must say; I'm very happy with the orders, the clients and the feedback they are giving. Until this moment, all my customers are super satisfied and they all leave 5 star reviews together with positive words that I did not expect! I even have repetitive buyers.

However, when I check my 'level overview', my 'success score' is a 8 and i wondered why it's not a 10. When I unfold the 'detailed score', I see a negative impact in effective communication. I'm a bit uncertain about this feedback, since all the 8 orders I got resulted in only good (five star) reviews.. So I don't know what and when I did 'something wrong' here..

Can you guys help me out? Scoring an 8 is fine, but for future purposes it might be handy to learn what this means and what affected it...

Thanks in advance, have a great day/evening!

Hi everyone,

I think my original question may not have been clear (need to work on that effective communication - hihi), so I’ll explain it again. I’ve read the "How to Improve Your Gig Score" page, but I’m still unsure how Fiverr determined my communication was "not effective enough" and what specifically led to this lower score.

Does Fiverr analyze my messages to clients directly to assess communication effectiveness? Or is this based on private client feedback?

Any insights would be very helpful—thank you!

Hello

Regarding reviews, the new Success Score system now includes private feedback from clients, which means even if your public reviews are all 5-stars, a less-than-glowing private review can still impact your score

With this new system, your performance is also compared to other freelancers in your niche, which also affects your overall Success Score

These are the main factors influencing our performance
