Your profile mentions that you're fluent in English, which is great! Just a little tip: people might not always point out what's not working with your gig, so you must ask for feedback properly. Also, working on your keywords and staying active could be helpful. 

 

P.S. Are you truly proficient in conversational German and French? 🧐

There is much competition for website design. Buyers have many choices.
Many buyers choose designers with good reviews (you already have 2 bad reviews). Also, your account is 53 months old (4.5 years) and you only have 27 reviews. That is an average of 1 review every 2 months. You need to make sure you offer something that stands out to get orders.

I also don't see a seller level. You need to be able to grow to level 2 as quickly as possible. A seller without a level who already has 27 reviews does not make a good impression on potential buyers.

What about you? Have you started to work? I can see that your last review was 9 months ago since then you have not made any sales?

Meaning to say your suggested tip is useless and wrong as well.
