I'm not sure what's going on but Fiverr traffic, interest and requests after many years has suddenly dropped to ZERO.
Usually there's a pretty consistent flow of requests coming through in the last 5+ years.

Fiverr assures me that everything is working properly. Anyone else seeing similar behaviour?

I had some pretty major technical issues fixed with the platform recently, that stopped users placing orders on gigs.
Hoping the 'fixes' have not broken something else inadvertantly?

I don't know... contact CS.
Around 2 years ago, my gig's impression suddenly dropped from 11k to zero.

It happened 2 or 3 times and when I contacted CS, they said it was only a UI bug... something on the appearance of website...

However it wasn't like so. I was totally disappeared from searches really, but that was what customer support told me anyhow.

I recommend contacting Customer Support (CS) again. About two years ago, I experienced a similar issue where my gig’s impressions dropped drastically from 11k to zero. This happened a couple of times, and when I reached out to CS, they explained it as a 'UI bug,' something related to the website’s appearance.

However, it was more than that—I completely disappeared from search results, even though CS insisted otherwise. It might be worth pushing for a deeper look into the issue, as they may have new insights now. Additionally, updating your gig title, tags, and description could help refresh its visibility. Best of luck, and I hope CS provides a clearer solution this time!"

According to your profile you joined Fiverr in August 2024 and have Zero orders?   Do you have more than 1 account?

If youre using promoted GIGS, turn them off.
No point paying for something that does not work until whatever has been broken is fixed

After 5 years of solid requests and work through Fiverr... Fiverr says there is no issue or change.
YET something clearly has changed based on the sudden ZERO interest over the last few weeks - which is unprecedented.

GIG promotion is clearly not working. for me, and the price just seems to be increasing to stay competitive.
I'm paying more in GIG promotion than I'm earning.

I'm switching it off for now. It will be interesting to see if work increases with GIG promotions switched off.

Here’s a clear example that something is off: a gig I’m not promoting is actually ranking higher in search results than my promoted gig—even when filtering by "best selling."

The gig that’s ranking higher hasn’t had a single order in months, while I’ve completed hundreds with the promoted one but it ranks lower?

Where’s the logic in that?

Nothings wrong, everything's fine!

You be the judge.

I've had this issue over the past two years. It's been a steady decline to the point where it's almost nothing. Fiverr used to be about 45-50% of my revenue. Now it's less than 10%.

What's worse is that my stats have dropped off and I don't get enough new orders to counterbalance them. So one negative experience can completely tank my gigs. Yet, for years previously, I was constantly highly rated. These days, I mainly get spammy messages or clients who just don't respond.

Fiverr seems very, very broken and it doesn't look like they care about fixing it.

Traffic has dropped for me also. I was doing better during the pandemic. I think it's mostly because the users visiting Fiverr now are less companies and businesses, and more middlemen (or women). Meaning they cannot make final decisions on hiring or spending. So they browse a lot, and have to report back to someone else before they can place an order. And if their boss is slow in making their decision, or bogged down with other responsibilities, it could take quite awhile before they do business with you. If they decide to at all.
