Hi I am a new seller, and my profile has been up for two days. When someone tries to purchase an error message pops up and it isn't possible for the person to complete the purchase. I can't see that there is anything wrong with my profile. Does anyone know how I can figure this out? Thanks.

You could tell them to contact customer support at the help desk and they'll help them: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets

It could be someone trying to scam. If they show a message saying their screen is asking for your email address then its definitely a scammer. Never give you email address out to any buyer. Never click on QR codes or links to any payment/payment confirmation stuff people in the inbox might send. And never allow any off-site payment methods.

Scammers try this sort of thing pretending an order needs an email address or saying the seller needs sort of confirmation before they can receive orders, usually by finding brand new gigs and often with new sellers (maybe looking at the sort that shows the new gigs or other ways).
