Order delivered but not marked complete even after 3 days, gives error to the buyer upon accepting

Order delivered but not marked complete even after 3 days.
I had an order that I delivered the same day, the buyer is saying and giving me screenshots that when they are accepting the order it is giving them an error. It was only the first that that it showed me delivered and its been on delivered since then. Will I get the money from doing my hard work or will it go to vain?
How do I fix this issue?
