Getting delayed notifications/messages on android phone

I am getting notifications about 15-20 minutes delayed. They were working fine until new level system upgrade on Android App. I have tried all possibilities turning off battery optimization, allow background etc. Please let me know what to do now..

May be you can uninstall the app and install it again. That might help.

Maybe your internet connection is slow, causing a delay in receiving notifications.

I have fast internet and this is happening since I updated Fiverr android app with new level system

Do you experience notification delays on Gmail or is it specific to the Fiverr app? If Gmail notifications are prompt, you can keep track of them there.

i had your same problem.  logout and again log in my problem is fixed

I am facing the same issue. I have tried several fixes on my mobile device, such as:

• Removing all restrictions for the Fiverr app
• Allowing it to run in the background
• allowing to use background data
• Reinstalling the app
• Logging out and back in

Unfortunately, none of these solutions have worked.

The main issue occurs when my mobile screen is off. If the screen is on, I receive notifications on time. Despite allowing the Fiverr app to run in the background, the problem persists.

Interestingly, other apps work fine for notifications, so I am unable to figure out the cause of this issue.
