Question

Hello everyone, I need some help. I’ve been on Fiverr since 2018, and my profile is currently tagged with low performance, which prevents me from participating in the level system. Currently, I'm relying on my past clients. I read on the Fiverr forum that account performance is determined based on the past two years. I haven't had any conflicts or received any bad reviews within the last two years. Could someone guide me on how I can improve my success score?

Thank you!

I had a gig with 155 reviews, but one review was a 1-star rating from December 18, 2021, nearly 2.5 years ago. The gig’s metrics continued to show a "Conflict-Free Order" status with a success score of 4. I deleted that gig and created a new one, but it still shows the "Conflict-Free Order" with the new success score of 3.

Deleting a successful gig is never the solution, irrespective of the score. Score can change and improve with time but trustworthiness and reviews it had would not come back.

Now for Fiverr, you're as good as a new seller with 6 reviews. And, system is complex - so it is possible that it still retains certain negative traits of the popular gig on your profile, even after you delete it. (just an assumption)

And for the new gig with conflicts, check your order page conversations with buyers - there might be hints, due to disagreements or negative conversational tone of buyer.
