my social media connected to my Fiverr reset by fiverr now i can't login

Here’s what’s happening:

My email address,                                    @gmail.com, was initially used to join Fiverr in 2017. However, this account was later restricted, and I don't recall the reason.

In 2021, I created a new Fiverr account using my Facebook profile, which is also linked to the email                                       @gmail.com.

Recently, my Fiverr account was reset by fiverr for security reasons, which disconnected my Facebook profile from the account. Now, when I attempt to log in via Facebook, I'm prompted to create a new account.

Additionally, when I follow the steps to reset my password using                                     @gmail.com, it refers me to my old restricted account from 2017. Consequently, I'm unable to reset the password for my active account which is the_n3mesis.

To provide further context, I’ve attached recent emails I continue to receive at                            @gmail.com about Fiverr updates but the customer support tell me that this email is not connected to the_n3mesis than how am I getting mails?.
