Be prepared. Your account is also at risk means it might be suspended too due to violation of TOS. 

Zero Level means New Level seller. (you are a newbie)

Level 0

Level 0 is not a sign of danger. It's a beginner level.

But your new account is in danger due to violation of TOS (that's what I meant)

Why did you delete the original account? I assume with withdrew the amount in the original account before closing it. Had it received warnings or been banned?

If you delete an account it starts again from level 0/new seller as it won't have any info from the original account. You'll be starting again as brand new.

If you just wanted to change your username and weren't doing it because you'd been banned/warned it could have been okay: https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010140217-How-do-I-change-my-email-or-username

If you did it recently you might be able to close the current account and reactivate the previous one by contacting support. That should get your level back if you wanted that (if they can reactivate it).

I am amused by how people use the word "issue" or "problem" as the title of a topic for the simplest queries!!

We feel someone might need help and guidance but people might just be asking what's 2+2=?
