I think if Fiverr team open a live chat option for the seller.

Its really good for us because sometimes need urgent help.

Yeah man, we definitely need an option that people can abuse. Not!

There is Seller Plus that gives a quicker response time, but even that's not guaranteed. And guess why, people abuse customer support by contacting them for the stupidest reasons. A lot of the CS inquiries can be solved by checking the Help page offered by Fiverr. But instead, valuable support time is wasted. Just imagine having a way to contact them in real time. Even more stupid inquiries. There's no way for them to do that, I don't think they have the team size for it and for what? To be abused by sellers even more? There are buyers and sellers that open dozens of support inquiries just because they don't receive replies faster. Can you imagine those people having access to live chat? And unfortunately it's not just a bad tree in a forest, it's most of the forest... 🙂

Agreed. Of course, it could only offered to serious sellers, that would need to pass extensive vetting processes, and zoom interviews, to weed out all the incompetent meksells. 

I could use something like that, sure. 99% of people on the platform? Nope.

So it won't happen.

And what does that yield? Fiverr is currently flooded with sellers from a certain Asian region who speak "fluent" English, but cannot write proper English text. The Fiverr staff that will manage the live chat will not be able to keep this up for long. CS can barely keep up with the current flood of tickets. That Live chat is going to get much worse.

That's nothing compared to @sb_shathi - they like at least 10 of my posts every single day. I don't understand how they haven't yet run out of posts to like, I don't write that much lately, yet every day I have 10+ notifications of their likes on my posts. This has been going on for months lol

You can do anything, but they won't respond because replying requires thinking and writing, and they don't have time for that. To save their time, they react and move on.

Also, they only respond to posts that require very little writing, like "Welcome," "Congratulations," or "Nice info," because, in today's era, one thing is very valuable, and that is time. So, they save time. 😎

Hahaha, as I mentioned earlier, they have become Grandmasters just by responding with simple phrases like "Welcome", "Congratulations", and "Nice info"!

I think the real grandmasters already know each other because we are very active on the forum. They should have another category, Meksell Grandmaster 🙂 For those that only react and share Conga rats, Wilcomen and other random replies.
