Question

As I approach the line for being a tier 2 seller I can't help but second guess the metrics I'm seeing under my success score. I've even sent messages to support but not really heard any satisfactory answer, or even plausible explanation, except that I'm getting so many invisible negative reviews that they cancel out the nearly fifty perfect reviews I've accumulated in the last year. To give a point of reference, my primary gig is given a success score of 6, with the only red line being client satisfaction which is having a 'strong negative impact'. Again this is despite the fact that literately all but two of my fifty reviews are perfect and sing my praise.

Moreover, I noticed just today that my response rate dipped below 90% despite not having any messages I failed to answer in the 24 hour time frame in my recent chats.

Is anyone else seeing such strange discrepancies?

More importantly, did anyone get this issue fixed?

I reviewed your most popular gig and I can say that some private reviews could have affected your score, but more than that, it's the revisions - it might seem unfair, but they do impact the score.

As for the response rate, maybe you ignored spam messages. Report them and it will count as a response.

I couldn't have said this better.

Also, just to add, many often conduct their activities via the Fiverr app instead of the desktop. I have realized that some notifications could only be viewed via desktop and if you mostly rely on the app you might actually miss out certain messages/notifications requiring your urgent attention, thereby leading to a low response rate.

You might want to pay some attention to this. I hope this has been quite helpful?

That was very helpful Milos, thank you, especially since support explicitly told me that their system was smart enough to not dock me just for having revisions. I'd suspected that was the problem.
