Dear Fiverr Support Team,

I am experiencing a persistent issue in adding a payout method to my account, as I am not receiving the verification code via SMS or call despite multiple attempts. I have ensured my phone has sufficient space, verified my network connection, and followed all troubleshooting steps on my end, yet the issue remains unresolved.

I have already submitted a support ticket (#12389509) via the Fiverr support email, but I would appreciate any additional assistance or expedited support on this matter.
