I cant create my Fiverr pro (selling) account, becuase of "metadata"

Hello, I'm having trouble getting past the overview stage of creating my account, whenever I fill in the entire page with answer's, it shows me a red band with the words "Mandatory metadata is missing" , in the middle of the red band, its annoying, mostly becuase ive even switched browsers, and cleared my cache, and yet, nothing.
