My profile is stuck at success score 4 from march 2024

I'm writing this with a heavy heart and a sense of discouragement. Since 2021, I’ve been a highly successful Level 2 seller, with consistently happy clients, a repeat customer badge, and 3-4 tips a week. However, following the new level system launch, my success score unexpectedly dropped to 4, with "effective communication" marked as the key area for improvement—despite no clear explanation.

After seven months at Level 0, I’ve completed over 30 orders with around 24 five-star reviews, yet my success score remains fixed at 4. I’ve reached out to support five times, but all I receive are templated responses.

Any one had the same situation? please show up.

Hi! I have the same situation. I was a level 2 and got demoted in March to level 0. My success score will not go up no matter what I do. I have received over 150+ 5 star reviews since March and completed well over 200+ orders. Nothing changes.  Last year I was averaging 60+ orders a month, I now am lucky to get 30 a month. However this last week, I have received 1 order and it was a returning customer. Last year at this exact time, sales came to a complete hault and it seems like that is happening again.
