Fiverr UI Issue: not able to view attached without downloading

Hello, sometimes certain messages such as "Custom Order Request" from buyer, when sent with attached, whether its pdf, image or any other file, its not clickable to open the file in the browser in a new tab. you have to download the files (which could potentially harm the seller) in order to view the attached.

is this fixable by keeping both download and on click on it, it will open the file (pdf, images, videos) in a new tab?

Same here, probably a bug on Fiverr's end. Pretty sure they know about the issue already.
