Each time I want to go to my profile or try to change something I get this error:

It needs a human touch.... check the attached screenshot

I don't use extensions on my browser, don't use VPNs, the browser cleans the cache and the cookies each time I close it and java script is enabled, I'm using Firefox on Linux Mint and I don't get this troubles in any other page.

I don't even see my gigs and can't add more there's no option for that, terrible experience and the support also terrible, that's why I'm writing this on this forum, that automatic support is ridiculously inefficient.

Terrible experience I'm thinking seriously on close my account here.

Yes

This is the reason you are unable to see or do anything on Fiverr because your gigs have been paused/deactivated by Fiverr.

Contact Fiverr Support again but use the very first ticket which you opened on the same issue. If you keep sending messages/tickets (even new) to them, you won't be responded so wait for their response.

Thank You smartdezigns I could find the support it is kind of a "secret" that automatic support is very annoying!

No, they are not annoying because they have to deal with a lot of things at a time so try to understand them. Everything takes time and they have to check your account thoroughly too so just be patient. Just use the initial ticket and wait for their response.

Good Luck.

Hey @gatocangrejo, sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. That error message sounds unusual, especially since you've checked everything from browser settings to cache clearing. One workaround might be to try a different browser temporarily to see if the issue persists. Also, sometimes reaching out directly to support@fiverr.com with detailed info (like the screenshot and steps you've taken) can help if the automatic support options aren't covering your problem. Hope this gets sorted out for you soon!

Does it still happen if you turn your router off for about 10 seconds then back on again, after the cookies have been deleted, and then try reloading the page?

I've yet to find an AI support system that isn't annoying, honestly.

These days enquiries from all Pro buyers sound ditto same - same AI-generated text for all with same buzz words and identical expectations for the final outcome. Most of them don't type a SINGLE WORD by themselves to the seller!! 🙄

And a few of them even attach chatGPT generated project summaries along with these enquries/briefs!! 😒

I see that a lot on another platform and I have to wonder how effective it truly can be at making communication of needs better because it never seems to take into account what we as freelancers need to know about their project--even the basics like scope, vocal characteristics, age, and most importantly budget.

Honestly, I do not know the reason for this. This happened to me as well. However, what I did was to reset the browser clean all the cookies, and all of that. It worked that time. Sometimes, using a different browser will do I think. I am  sorry not for being technical on this though. Hope you issue get solved ASAP.

Everyone, including support responders, never mentioned the most important part of the first comment user's question. Here is the answer:

I can not even watch the videos for Online Freelanceing Essentials. Changing Browsers is not an option and should not be an option for anyone in the developer industry. The fact that FireFox is not "supported" means fiver does not have the talent of professionals working in the Internet of things business to make it work correctly. Linux Mint and FF are the most secure combination of OS/Browser there is. so I'm sure security should not even be an issue. My guess would be that the dev team for Fiverr just does not possess the talent required to get this job done. Kind of odd considering very few websites---of any scale---do not support Firefox.
