Unable to complete verification

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday, when I logged into my account, I found a message in the notification area that my account requires verification that should be completed within 14 days, otherwise my account will be restricted, but attempts to verify failed as I did not find the camera permission, included with storage, in the Fiverr app settings. However, after reading through other sellers queries, I found the option to verify using the browser on my mobile phone.

Moreover, after three attempts to verify, I received a message that my ID verification was unsuccessful and my account has been restricted. I have raised a support ticket and still waiting for their response.

Any advice?

Wait for their response. There's nothing else you can do. However, what they will do is they will grant you another attempt to verify. So try to sort out your phone's issue, because another verification attempt won't help if you already did that 3 times. Maybe using another phone is better here.
