Do not know if the buyer is a scammer or not ?

Hi everyone, 

I'm new to Fiverr, I've created my profile a few hours ago. 
I've received an order in the hour after creating a gig, which seems weird to me. 

I've talked with the buyer , asking for more details about is order. He didn't answer anything about that, and he's juste talking about the payment and accepting the payment. 
He asked me my email address. 
I didn't received any order notification on fiver, but I've received an email to confirm transaction, through an email that doesn't seems like an official fiver email. 

Is it possible to have buyer with bad intentions ? Is this guy legit or all I've described doesn't happens on a real Fiverr transaction, and I need to block him?

Its a SCAMMER. Report and block the sender. 

Fiverr never asks for email id, payment confirmation or card details to process the orders.

That's the issue. Scammers will always ask for your contact account.
