Cash Advance for the Second time offer came and Gone, Will it back ?

Dear Valued Friends

I paid back the total amount of Cash Advance (for the first time). After a few days, I got another offer, which was a bigger amount than the previous. But that option has gone , I check every day, but that option is not available now for about 5 days. Is it normal or anything wrong here ? 

I will appreciate your experience and suggestions.🙂
