How often scores are evaluated?

Question

I was a Level 1 Seller before the new evaluation system was set up, and my current order lasted a year because of some customer issues. Anyway, what I faced is that my Level was downgraded not because I didn't meet any requirement but because Fiverr hasn't measured my "Success Score"

Even now after the order was finished, like 21 days ago, and I received my payment today, the problem has not been solved.
Your website shows that each individual is evaluated daily, but is that true? If yes, what's the problem here?

I hope to get a reply ASAP

I only see 2 reviews that are less than 2 years old.
The rest of your reviews are older than 2 years and are not included in the success score.
So Fiverr does not have enough data to give you a success score. You will have to complete more orders.
