It is not related to the browser access to the camera, about which there are many videos on YouTube.
I am trying to pass ID verification. I contacted support twice and am glad that they respond quickly, but it did not give a result.
I send a photo of my passport and face from my phone through the browser, the system writes that it has accepted the data and we let you know if wee need something else, but each time I do not receive a response.
The support team answered both times that I need to go through the process again. The second time they added that there was a technical problem.
I went through the process for the third time and for more than a day there is no result.
I see in my account in Settings -> Personal & business information two buttons: [Start Over] and [Continue Verification]. Both buttons start the process again.
On September 17, someone wrote on the forum in the Questions section about a similar problem but with 0 answers.

Yesterday I tried to click "Continue verification" again. At first it looked like I would have to do everything again, but then instead of going to the camera I got a message that verification was successful.
