How to problem solved payoneer add on fiverr

I am new to fiverr, I have completed 2 orders and one order is in progress, but now I want to add payoneer but the verification code does not come on the phone, but later when I try again this message (Somthing went wrong, we ware unable to send a verification code due to a temporary problem. Please try again in a few moments).
But it was showing like this 2 days ago, it is showing again today, what should I do now

• Better to try it on desktop version. 
• Contact Fiverr Support if the issue still persists.
