Can My Cousin and I Use the Same Internet Connection for Separate Fiverr Accounts?

atiqul_islam

Question

I provide WordPress website design and development services on Fiverr, and my cousin has just completed the same course. He is now ready to join Fiverr and start offering his services. We live in the same room, and although he will use a different PC, his own information, and a separate payment method, we will be sharing the same internet connection.

We want to ensure we comply with Fiverr’s terms. Can we both use the same internet connection without violating Fiverr’s rules? Could this lead to any issues with Fiverr's automated system, such as detecting multiple accounts and potentially banning us? If so, what steps should we take to avoid this?

I have a question. If my cousin starts working on Fiverr in the same category, using a different PC and payment method, can we use the same internet connection? This is the main question!

Firstly, you sound very WELL-VERSED with account suspension policy and know how to navigate through it but surprisingly you have no selling history on the platform!!

And secondly, we see similar cases almost every day on Fiverr forum. People always have a family member or a friend who wants to sell in the same category using same device/internet connection, they come here and explain the rules but always want to know the TIPS n TRICKS to cheat the system!!

If there are two Fiverr accounts of the same category under the same internet, both's accounts will have problem.

Wow, he meant different internet connection like "DATA" in quote if I'm not mistaken

No, he is talking about the same internet.  And the same internet is wi-fi only.  Wi-fi means same internet means same IP. If he uses mobile data then there will be no problem.  Because turning off mobile data and turning it on again will change the IP, which will not cause any problem.

I didn't learn from anywhere.  However, I have seen many people talking about this topic in various groups on social media.  Then I did a lot of research on it and identified the data.

Who told you I don't have any active gigs/reviews? Kindly don't share false information!

Who said that people come to learn here how to cheat the system? So, don't compare any person with everyone!!!

First of all, I want to clarify my question. " I provide WordPress website design and development services on Fiverr,

Because you don't have any active gigs or past reviews, my friend. Unless of course, if you have any other account which actively provides these services.
