Hi, I am a social media marketer Usually I need to audit the ad account first then we discuss and make the order from the client side.

My question is can I share my Email with the client? And if the client asks me to share the Email what do I need to do?

You know very well that giving your email will get you in serious trouble. You are just looking to get around the Fiverr rules.

Nopes, you will lose your account by sharing your email in generic chat, before the order. 

Contact details (necessary for work) can only be shared on the order page.
