Fiverr KickStart

Hello, I have a question about the Kickstart program. Namely, when I try to sign up for the program and click the "join" button, instead of taking me to do the next steps, it takes me to the home page of my Fiverr profile and I can't sign up for the Kickstart program. Has anyone had a similar problem and do you know how it can be solved. Thank you
