Where can I find Buyer Listings - request for services

I was really wanting to lean on both gig creation and was told that you could also find "buyer listings" where essentially you bid on work that buyers need completed.  However, once I created my seller account, built my first gig - I still don't see any area or link to where I can search through buyer listings.  Is this still an option and if so, where do I find it or gain access to it?  Thanks!
