I just received an order on my fiverr gig, I cant seem to create an offer and I buyer left me a link to another page with with the gig saying the customer already paid for the gig. I am getting this from the support chat icon "Hello, dear seller. The goods and delivery have already been paid by the buyer and the funds are in reserve. On this page, you have to confirm your sale through a short verification procedure, linking your data to our service. Don't worry, this is a one-time procedure. On the screen that appears, click on "Get funds" and follow our instructions. If you have any questions, you can ask them in this window."

Also its not letting me switch my payment option to paypal.

 

Please can anyone assist me with this?

It is a common scam.

Do not enter your card details.

Report the buyer and block him.
