Stuck in verification

Good evening

Mrs/Mr I need help for my problem on verification.
I already did what fiverr command to scan the barcode and take my id and selfie. but its stuck. Nowhere to go. 
When i click send message to my number i'm not received it until now.

Can you check and help and give me a solution for this error?
