What happens after an order completion?

Hello team,

I have a question related to what happens after an order that I deliver is marked as completed (both by client or automatically after 3 days).

Once the order is marked as completed, can the buyer ask for a cancellation and get a refund? If yes, for how many days he has the possibility to do that?

In addition, for how many days the buyer has the possibility to leave a review after the order is marked as completed?
