Unknown error when I tried to log in fiverr app on my android Phone.

Hi, yesterday I was facing a loading problem on my fiverr app, the app wasn't perfectly loading so I logged out and cleared cache cookies on the fiverr app, then tried to log in the app, but unfortunately, the app showed an "unknown error", I was tried several time then uninstall the app and reinstall, but the problem still I faced, what's the problem, I didn't understand, if there anyone faces this problem before and how can you solve this, please advice.

Note: Fiverr was perfectly working on my laptop browser.
