deduction mf money

Dear Fiverr Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well. I’ve recently noticed that an amount has been deducted from my earnings for the last six months for the Seller Plus subscription. However, I did not intend to continue with this subscription and would like to request a refund for the amounts deducted during this period.

Could you please review my account and assist in processing a refund for the Seller Plus charges? I appreciate your support and assistance in resolving this issue.

Hi there, please contact the Customer Support team about this to confirm you've successfully cancelled the Seller Plus subscription. Sadly this cannot be refunded since you didn't cancel at the time you intended to stop using it. Thanks and good luck 🍀
