Precisely! If a concise message or text can effectively convey the idea, what's the advantage of lengthy or verbose communication?

In my case, I have everything I need before sending a custom offer. 

So, I don't understand the point of chatting on the order page, but that is what AI loves.

There should be more attention towards this whole dilemma of ''Effective Communication''

It was updated today. It's still 8, but the red Customer Satisfaction indicator has disappeared. 

 

One more update. After completing one more order with the same customer and one order with a new buyer, it finally got back to 9. 

There are no red indicators, so it works... somehow 😅
