This person is asking me for my email before placing an order. Is he a scammer? I hope he legit because I'm broke right now. 🤣

It is a scam. I got the same message as the one you got. Also, try to report them for scams. According to Fiverr ToS, you are not allowed to provide anyone your email, or any details.

Hello everyone. Me too, I received a tons of message like this: Asking my email address before placing an order. They said not be able to place this order unless I provide my email. The worst, they send some kind of screenshots that look like fiverr payment pages. In fact, They are SCAMMERS.
