Unable to Contact to fiverr support

I am trying to contact Fiverr support but every time I get a same irrelevant automated message, It has been so many days, I tried multiple times, please tell me what should I do?

You have to write this to the Fiverr bot

"Connect me to the real support person"

Its an automated message, when I send any reply its says do not reply directly to this message
