Fiverr advertised 1 star rating for me!

Recently, I have received a 3.3 rating, the one and only order after the new reform, when everything else was 5-star.  There was not a one-star rating that I could recall or seen anywhere else to places that I have access on Fiverr, however, when you Google my brand, "Babysoftpink" and "Fiverr", the one star is now advertised loud and clear.   I just wish to share this with everyone, not necessarily seeking for any resolutions because we all know what this means to a Fiverr seller. Fiverr now only takes into account reviews from the past 2 years when creating that review average. And that's your only review over the past 2 years. 

Checked the same thing, it shows 3.3 average, which is the average right now because as I said, they only take into account newer reviews.

That means 99% is correct, but for 1% wrong, 100% will be wrong!! Unexpected though!!
