Decrease in impressions after a slightly negative review

A customer asked to do a job and I did it, and the customer was very pleased. But at the time of writing the review he put all 5 stars except on “Value of delivery” on which, by mistake, he clicked 4 stars.  He sent the review about the 20th of August.
When I realized this I contacted him and he apologized and asked me if I wanted to delete it and I mistakenly said no.

I did that because I didn't think that having 4.9 on the “value of delivery” category could affect my gig visibility and the contacts I could receive so much.

After that review my contacts dropped dramatically. In June I had about 800 impressions a week if not more, now I have maybe 300. Even though in the last month I have billed over 2000 USD on fiverr, the situation continues to be the same. I don't get contacts and even by advertising the contacts I get are not optimal.

I was wondering how long this “punishment” lasts and whether it is worth continuing. I like working on Fiverr, but I don't want to waste time.

If anyone has experience with this, can you write to me and explain what to do.
