As an M.D. can I offer doctors notes?

I notice there are a few paused gigs here on Fiverr offering exactly that. is it allowed? I cant seem to find anything about it.  one would imagine if it was not allowed those gigs would not just be paused but removed right? I cant find anything in the terms and conditions about it

Hi there, it should be clear that offering doctors notes is a violation since it is a medical-related service. The services listed are only examples, but it doesn't stop there as there are many more medical-related services. If you notice any Gigs or Sellers violating our ToS, it would be really helpful if you reported them so that the team can take over and block them from the platform. Thanks 🍀

As an M.D., offering services like providing doctor’s notes on Fiverr may not be allowed due to legal and ethical considerations. Fiverr has strict guidelines against offering services that can be considered medical advice or involve regulated professions like medicine
