Just because you got an order doesn't mean you're going to get another order right away. Most new sellers don't get orders, you've already got 2.

The chances of new sellers getting orders are very slim if you offer services for which there are already 10K+ similar gigs available. You know that only 960 gigs can be shown in the search results. Buyers also don't look at all 960 gigs in the search results. Most of them search in the first pages.

You have too much competition, so you have to wait patiently until you get another order.
