Inquiry About Gig Publishing Fee

Hi,
I’m a social media manager and new seller on Fiverr, trying to publish my first gig. I noticed a charge to publish it, which was unexpected since Fiverr is a free platform for freelancing and gig publishing has always been free. Could you clarify if this is a new update or if there’s been a change in policy regarding gig publishing fees?
