Hi, After my first sale, I receive a mail to verificate my money account. After entering my card details ask me for a card balance,  What value should I enter there to verify? I couldn't validate and meanwhile I lose my client. I wouldn't like it to happen again. Thanks!

This is a scam. Fiverr will never ask this. Your card details are now in the hands of a scammer.
