My buyer incorrectly rate my delivery, and it's already live, can i change it?

Question

I just got a new buyer who works with other sellers as well and does multiple test buys and one of them is me, the buyer likes our work and we still work together now and we've finished multiple projects. But recently a problem came up when the buyer mistakenly rated our delivery with bad reviews, thinking we were another seller that the buyer had been in contact with.
