I'm just new to Fiverr

hey everyone,

just wanna ask, is it normal for buyers to ask my email/ gmail for payment process?? i always receive this kind of so called "buyers" just like the picture that i provide. 

i also ask the so called "support chat" about my concern and it says that its normal because my account is not verified or im not a verified user of fiverr.

i just wanna know if its true cuz i have no idea since im new here.

so its fine if my account is not verified yet? i can still continue my services right, without requesting my email for payment?

How did you determine that your account is not verified? Did you receive an email notification from Fiverr indicating that your account verification is pending?

i dont know actually, i just created an account and open for gigs
