I want to buy backlinks for building my websites, and I find lots of sellers with 5$/10$  pirce. I'm not sure if their backlinks are reliable or harmful to my sites. Does anyone have experiences can be shared?    Thank you very much!

You get what you pay for.

Freelancers who are offering backlinks for these prices are mostlikey going to be poor at what they do, or scammers..

Either way, the impact of purchasing these services may have irriversable consuequences of a customers website. 

My advice is to stay away from them.
