Buyer asking for test Video and not responding

Hello ,

I am a video editor on fiverr and 1 client messaged me and wanted a test video i made it for him and then he did not awnser me and some other clients just say i dont like it even if its the same style they want ,

is it allowd if they do it multiple times with diffrent buyrs just asking for test and then they just take the test video and not respond 
should i report them or ? please help

Don't do free samples.

Some people might be telling the truth and they might not like what you make but some are definitely lying. 

Show you old work to them or do a small sample order - but don't work without an order. 

(It's still on the customers to some extent but the only way to avoid being cheated  is by not giving in.)
